Onboarding Timeline
From signed to live in as little as 1–2 weeks.
We’ve built a simple, hands-on onboarding process to get your home guest-ready, professionally marketed, and earning as quickly as possible.
Welcome & Home Walkthrough
We start by getting to know your home and your goals. Our local team completes an initial walkthrough, documents the property, and identifies anything needed before welcoming guests.
1
Prepare Your Home
We coordinate your initial deep clean, linens, supplies, safety items, and any recommended maintenance or updates. Our team makes sure the details are in place so your home meets our guest-ready standards.
2
Photography & Listing Creation
Once the home is ready, we coordinate professional photography and build your listings with detailed copy, thoughtful positioning, amenities, and everything guests need to confidently book.
3
Revenue & Marketing Setup (concurrent with other steps)
Our revenue team develops your initial pricing strategy based on your home, homeowner goals, market demand, seasonality, and local events. We also prepare your home for distribution across major booking channels and our direct-booking platform.
4
Go Live
Your listing can typically go live within 1–3 days of receiving your professional photos. From there, our team begins actively managing pricing, reservations, guest communication, and your home.
Most homes are fully onboarded in approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on the home's readiness, photography availability, and any permitting or maintenance needs.

Professional Linen Program
Fresh, consistent linens are an important part of every guest stay. Our linen program standardizes bedding and towels across our homes, helping us maintain the quality, cleanliness, and presentation guests expect from a professionally managed vacation rental.
We coordinate the linen setup for your home, professionally launder linens between stays, and monitor inventory for stains, damage, and wear. When something needs attention, our housekeeping and inspection teams can flag it quickly so linens can be replaced before they impact the next guest.
Our linen program includes:
Hospitality-quality sheets and towels
Professional laundering between guest stays
Standardized linen quantities based on each home's beds and occupancy
Linen inspection during our cleaning and inspection process
Monitoring and replacement of stained, damaged, or worn items
Consistent presentation from one stay to the next
Why homeowners love it:
Lower overall linen costs: By purchasing and managing linens at scale, we can provide a more cost-effective solution than homeowners purchasing and replacing linens individually.
Replacements are included: Stained, damaged, or worn linens are replaced as needed at no additional cost, so you aren't receiving unexpected replacement charges throughout the year.
No inventory to manage: We track what your home needs, what is in use, and when something needs to be replaced.
Less wear-and-tear worry: Linens are heavily used in a vacation rental. Our program takes the ongoing purchasing, replacement, and upkeep off your plate.
A better guest experience: Consistent, well-maintained linens help protect the quality of the stay and the reviews that follow.
Stocking Your Home
Everything your home needs for a great guest stay.
A well-stocked home makes a noticeable difference in the guest experience. From having enough dinnerware for the whole group to making sure guests can find a wine opener when they need one, the small details help a stay feel easy and thoughtfully prepared.
Our team will walk you through what your home needs before going live. We have established standards based on years of managing vacation rentals and feedback from real guests, so you don't have to guess what to buy or how much you need.
We separate our recommendations into Essentials, the items every guest-ready home should have, and 5-Star Experience, the thoughtful extras that can make a stay more comfortable, convenient, and memorable.
Where it makes sense, we can also help source missing items on your behalf.

A great vacation rental should feel welcoming and well-equipped without feeling overly personal or cluttered. During onboarding, we'll help identify items that are better stored away before welcoming guests.
We recommend removing: Personal or sentimental items; family photos; valuables; medications and personal toiletries; food and opened pantry items; fragile or irreplaceable décor; excessive decorations or furniture; mismatched or heavily worn kitchenware; clothing and other personal belongings; complicated or unnecessary appliances; anything you wouldn't feel comfortable having guests use.
A good rule of thumb: If it would be difficult or upsetting to replace, it probably shouldn't stay in the home.
-
Reliable internet is an important part of the guest experience. Guests use WiFi for everything from streaming and planning their trip to working remotely and attending video calls. Slow or inconsistent internet is a common source of guest frustration and can negatively impact reviews.
Essentials: Reliable high-speed internet service; WiFi coverage throughout the primary living and sleeping areas; easily accessible network information.
Our Recommendation: In areas where traditional internet service is slow or inconsistent, we strongly recommend upgrading to the most reliable service available. Depending on the home's location, this may include options such as Starlink or another higher-speed provider.
5-Star Experience: Strong WiFi coverage throughout the entire home; mesh WiFi systems/extenders for larger or multi-level properties; a dedicated workspace with convenient outlets and comfortable seating.
