Experience behind every decision.
Casago Long Valley & Treasure Valley is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Alex and Susan Pedigo. Together, we bring years of experience across vacation rental management, marketing, operations, and hospitality to the homes we manage.
Alex has spent more than 15 years in the vacation rental industry, with firsthand experience in what it takes to operate successful short-term rentals. Susan brings a background in marketing and business operations, with a focus on the systems, guest experience, and details that help a property perform at its best.
But experience is only part of why we do this. People are at the heart of our business. We want to create great experiences for our guests, be a trusted partner to our homeowners, build a workplace where our team feels supported and has opportunities to grow, and give back to the communities that make what we do possible.
We stay actively involved in the business and work closely with the team we've built around us. That hands-on ownership brings experience and accountability to the decisions we make, while keeping us connected to the people those decisions affect.
For us, success isn't measured only in bookings or revenue. It's also measured in the relationships we build, the people we support, and the positive impact we can have in the communities we call home.

Great property management depends on having the right people in place. Our management team brings decades of vacation rental and hospitality experience to the care of our homes, with a deep understanding of what it takes to keep properties running smoothly and deliver a consistently high standard of service.
They oversee our day-to-day operations, support our field and guest services teams, and make sure our standards are carried through across every part of the business. With experienced leadership and clearly defined responsibilities, our homeowners know there are real people paying attention, following through, and accountable for the care of their home and the experience we provide.

Our Treasure Valley team serves homes throughout the Boise area, providing the same hands-on property care, responsive support, and thoughtful management approach we bring to every home in our program.

Community is one of the things we love most about Idaho. It’s part of why we chose to build our business here, and we believe being a local business means being a true member of the communities we serve. Through Casago GiveBack, we look for meaningful ways to support the people, organizations, and causes that make these places so special.
One of the ways we do that is by partnering with local nonprofit organizations. Eligible nonprofits can receive a percentage of the rental revenue from stays booked through their organization, creating an ongoing way for our vacation rentals to help support the work happening right here in our communities.
We also believe the small things matter. We donate supplies to local schools and find a second life for items we can no longer use in our vacation rentals. Towels and linens that no longer meet our guest standards are donated whenever possible to local veterinarians and animal shelters, where they can continue to be put to good use.
Casago GiveBack is about more than donations. It’s about being involved, building relationships, and contributing to the communities that support our team, our homeowners, our guests, and our family. We’re proud to call Idaho home, and we want the success of our business to have a positive impact here, too.
